I've just read a new scene of Chambara today, really neat. I think she is going to get a big boost in the best love interest once the expansion is out!

Well a girls team should be better only for the fact that you have Loren (best warrior) and Myrth (best healer) Chambara is a offensive only caster (who would have guessed!)

The delay in releasing the expansion might have a nice side effect: I might be able to release the game using the new version of Ren'Py which supports autoupdating (no more redownloading the full 100mb of the game every small change YAY!) and an optimized version of rollback, that for the common players means the game shouldn't use so much memory at the later stages, making it slow down a lot

When are you planning on releasing it then? Also when will you start orders for the game+expansion together?

Well I was planning something this weekend but alas there's a new insane heat wave here (not for Aleema though I think, so she can finish writing!). I wanted to finish the new website layout and start the preorders, but worse case will be delayed by one week (the preorders! for the beta expansion release I'm not 100% sure yet).
Sorry about this, but even in the past years I almost never released a game during July/August, and there's a reason for that (too hot here)

It's been a constant heat wave in my area since last month. 107F, constantly. We step outside in 90F weather and go "this is nice!" Only difference is that we were forced to get air conditioning or else ... we'd die. (I live in a brick house on the 2nd level - that's essentially an oven.) So I'm staying cool, but the heat wave is still very scary.
