Don't know what to do next!

I'm at the point where I'm supposed to convince the generals that demons are behind everything, but I just get the message that I need to find a way to convince them when I try. I think I've been everywhere and done everything I can think of elsewhere in the game so what exactly am I supposed to do to convince them? Could I be the only one with this problem? There doesn't seem to be a thread about this in the forum. Thanks so much for the help in advance.

Which version are you playing ? there was a bug, but was during beta, so just asking to be sure.
