Then, realizing that she was a younger dwarf, and likely a surface dweller who wouldn't need the antennae, I began to relax.
Haha yes, but I wanted something cute to attract another segment of players
No comment about Morrigan: since I liked it mostly for... her exterior appearance and spells/magic, but indeed as personality was a bit annoying sometimes

If I had to change anything, it would be varying the amount of skill points you get per rank with difficulty. That just sucked, watching the enemies get stronger and stronger and knowing you wouldn't have any way to keep yourself at their standards.
Well I might keep the same visuals, but I definitely want a skilltree. I think is more easy to balance than skills (it's basically ON/OFF, versus a wide range of values). There have been several threads in various forums in which people discussed game difficulty, but mostly complained about the sudden game over. Already in PS add-on (by the way, artist made some new sprites today, yay!) I will autosave the game before each battle, and if you lose will give the possibility to reload just before the battle starts. I am also thinking about having in the easy mode no way to permanently get game over after a defeat.
I know those things seems excessive but my goal is to make a game that can be played by "regular" RPG players at normal/hard difficulty, and by casual players at easy mode. Recently I played a lot Fable 2 on my xbox and I was first shocked when I realized that I CANNOT GET GAME OVER in a battle. At first I said "LOL what? this game is a joke", but then later I appreciated the choice, since I hate restarting the same battle over and over! I find myself more and more similar to casual players, by which I mean not people unable to play complex games, but people that don't have much time available so prefer to keep going forward in the story, maybe with other penalties (losing big amount of XP if you die in a battle, and so on) than having to restart from last checkpoint until you win.
