Actually in the first test I made, Fost's head could revive the other parts using Restore3, and that was making the battle quite hard, so I removed it. I might just add that again if more people say that it's too easy.

Does the head use revive at all? It was the first piece I killed so I didn't see what it could do. I think it's appropriate that it use revive in general (maybe not III, lol).

No in the current version I removed that completely, but I might reintroduce it if more people say it's too easy now :)

I accept the challenge! Give Fost's head the ability to cast Restore III and I'll give him a shot again ^_^

Haha for now in version 1.0 not, but as I said after the game is officially out I expect to have to do some minor updates. One of them might be the boost up of Fost again!

Apologies if this is an inappropriate place to ask this, but how do you use the Guard Skill fo Loren as in the text when you select a Warrior or Thief prompt with Elenor

The guard skill works with any members but in the BACK row. So with any Warrior in front row (Loren, Amukiki, Ramas, etc) you can Guard another character but it needs to be in the back row.

I think adding restore to the Fost head would be a good idea although I think it will be important to watch the SP re-generation. Using the restore should knock the SP down considerably and if the re-generation is set too high, it could lead to problems if someone goes into the fight slightly underpowered and ends up in a situation where Fost can continually re-generate. The ability to grind him down has to be available.

Best Regards

Ah I actually have already added Revive to Fost in the version 1.0a! People seems to be able to kill him in hard mode when properly equipped. Anyway will revisit the final battle after the expansion is out, since you'll get there just playing the normal game without grinding at much higher level.

I understand the principle of guard using warrior in front to guard members in back - what I want to know is how/what to select to enable the "guard" action. Using version 1.0a which I understand is the latest.
Have completed the game twice, once mormal once in hard up to Fost (did have to go back to normal for final battle as I wokred out I needed a few more bigger potions and level up a little more if I am going to make it through)
But have never been able to find out how to use the guard ability
