Yes the only difference is some slightly different colors (but is really barely noticeable), and less smooth around the black lines, but that's it. Considering the amount of space/bandwidth saved, is worth it I think :)

I didn't notice any difference between the images.

putting them side by side like that, I can see the differences clearly, however the point is if the differences are enough to justify the increased space/bandwidth they would require, to which I'd say probably not.

Today got the last CG image, Heileen/Juliet so I can do an updated sneak peek of the female romances:

from top-left: Juliet, Ebele (really hot), Marie and Lora :)

Oh God, this sneak peek looks so awesome, I can't wait to play the game! Any news when it might be out, Jack? And the Loren expansion, too?
I know you have to be careful with your estimates, but I'm just looking for a rough date. I already set the money aside for both so I'm 'locked an loaded

For Loren depends on the rain dance, if is successful or not! jokes apart I just got an email from Aleema the writer and she has 103° F where she lives... impossible to work in such conditions :( However there is really not much left, so if she can resume writing even by end of month or mid-August (at least for the beta phase).

For Heileen I have all the story and the sprites, I'm missing a few backgrounds which I think could take 1-2 months to make, but also I need to code all the game, adding sprites and so on. The problem is that I wanted to use the new VN system using a new engine (so the game would run also on iOS and web) and it's still not done yet. I might do a renpy version first and do the port later, much depends on the other projects. A rough date would be this fall, maybe in october when I released the first Heileen :)

Oh, wow, poor Aleema. And I definitely know how she must feel, it's scalding 'round these parts, too. Well, her writing is definitely worth waiting for, so I'll just sit tight and wait for the rain dance to work :D.

And even though I hoped Heileen release might be closer,I suppose it's just as well that it isn't. Unlike MarSel, I have no ida who to romance first. The girls are all just too awesome :)

Well for Heileen and other games, everything got delayed for two reasons... Loren taking 99% of my time from December to May, and also the idea of trying this new system instead of using Ren'Py (not sure yet if was a good move or not, time will tell).

Poor Aleema that heat does sound unbearable, would gladly give some of this winter chill away if I could, being down in Australia.

And those sneakpeaks are great, I have no idea who to romance first either, *shakes small fist* Why do your games have to be so enjoyable, you're killing me with the wait for all these games I want to buy!, give a girl a break.
