Ok that crash was just two lines fix, so I have only reuploaded the same version, also because it wasn't a big problem (you could still play a new game by quitting and starting the game again).

I found a little "bug". In Lora's last romance scene

Possible bug, at what point do you start being able to include others in activities? I've just recruited John but still cannot get anyone else in on the colony activities. I didn't get far into the non-sea maiden version of the game but I remember being able to do this a little bit after Lora got her new outfit, which was awhile back in game time. This could be normal though

I changed this indeed, because some of the new job scenes wouldn't fit the story - I mean you could see an event like if is the first time you play chess with Jonathan but in reality you already saw a scene where you played chess it already with him. I guess that could still happen though and is impossible to add a check now for such plot inconsistencies due to the nature of the game, so maybe will put it back like it was before...

Haha, I literally just got to the scene where Black tells you about inviting people! Sorry for the bother; I was worried I'd get a couple hours into the save and then find out it was bugged.
I think it's fine as it is, it's only because I played an early version of the previous version that I even noticed.
That said, It might be worth putting in something like "once you've recruited everyone, you'll be able to invite them" or something. Not essential though

Yeah, this is where the problem was for me. I just went into the game with the wrong image of Heileen. I didn't play the first two games, but I knew there were some yuri options, so I guess I expected her to already be comfortable with her attraction to women. Maybe not to pursue them actively in the beginning (like you said, they're not exactly available

), but to notice them like she notices the guys.
But I'm also very interested in playing Heileen that discovers the ladies for the first time in her life

(and I'll definitely incorporate what Jack has said about the setting into my new headcannon).

It was nice to see everyone entering the ship one by one and appearing on the portraits every time one by one. After playing the original standard version (before adding "Sea Maidens"), now it feels a bit strange (just my opinion).

Yes I think that Black should say this, so people don't get confused. But I could also revert back to the "old version", will think about it

I think there was a specific reason why I decided to change it, but now of course I don't remember it anymore

Yes sometimes you get less than 5 points in a few scenes. You should be able to reach 90 with Juliet, in your case I think it was just a bad luck! Are you playing the latest version BTW? Because in the early one the random tavern/invitation scenes weren't working, and just one of those can give you the missing 2 points. However people were able to win all romances even without those scenes, so it's definitely possible. I think it really was a bad luck in your case
