Yes will add something like that, since I keep getting people frustrated because they cannot win the battle

Julia
And after three earlier confrontations with Julia in the course of the game, in all of which you are unable to overpower her, you really should have found out that she's physically superior to Tanya.
Maybe go for two difficulty settings for the Boss Fights? Normal and Easy, Easy giving loads of hints?

Yes. It is actually easy, if you know how to play boss battles except ... the second Julia one. (Tom-Sarah is a bit different too, but not too much.)

Pretty much all the boss battles I wrote (i.e. all except for the first) follow the same scheme: start with either an open question or a "conversation opener", and then find the correct way to logically continue the conversation (i.e. if someone says "I did it for X", next ask "What would X think about what you did?")
The Tom/Sarah boss fight works a bit differently: here, the objective is to stay in your role and, at the same time, don't say anything that could make her suspicious of you. For example, when she asks you how you met a certain person, and you know that this person doesn't like to socialize, don't say that you met in a club.
