"Cheating"

I am wondering if there's a way, or something, or a program that lets you alter skill points, stat points, put items in inventory or what not? I wanted to mess around and look at different aspects and different builds and couldn't figure out if there was a way to do this?

Hmm no I didn't put any cheat mode... though perhaps I could put it on the next small update when I release it with DirectX display mode

No I haven't added them yet, since it's not a feature that was requested by many people, sorry

maybe if I have time will do it, but no promises.

My opinion only, but, I don't think a cheat mode would add anything to this game. If the player really needs to level up you can fight a whole bunch of duels and it doesn't take very long (at least you could in the early versions of the game, it might be changed now) If you do add a cheat mode, I would advise only having it available in the full version, not the demo. Some games have so many neat things that you really cannot get them without a cheat mode, PS is not like that.
Best Regards
Jim

Yes I agree with you. As I said, I got probably 2 requests for a cheat mode in a year, so clearly not something that many people want. Also playing in "super easy mode" is really simple to beat all battles and get a bunch of skills to experiment with, so especially for this game really makes no sense to have a cheat mode.

Cheat Engine does not work for WinterWolves games, because after each change of variable, its address changes. That's why you need to guess, which address is good, during first try.
So, for example, you can alter gold amount in Loren, because you can achieve big, nonstandard value which repeats only few times.
Assume you have 34523 gold and 7 possible addresses, then alter them all:
34523
34524
34525
34526
34527
34528
34529
Go back to game and check which one is good. Then change other addresses back to 34523 and correct one to 9999999 :>
Sadly, in Planet Stronghold all variables are small.
