Why did you choose not to use renpy and go with a 3D tool instead?
I'm glad you like the game. Thank you for commenting.
1. Renpy requires coding. Visual Novelty (the program I use) has a graphic interface. I had to write code in a previous job, and don't like doing it. I know that Reny supports Linux and Mac, but that's not important to me.
2. I use 3D (DAZ Studio) because I can't draw (and I am not interested in learning), and I don't want to pay somebody for sprites or use 'stock' ones.

very respectfully,
fleet

Keep the good work!!!
Somebody in another forum made an almost identical request. Was that you? :)
I have no immediate plans to make another Vera Blanc fan-made visual novel, but I don't see any reason why a future VN could not include Vera being interested in another man. I always have a general story outline in mind when I ask Jack for permission to use the characters.

No, not me!

I was just wondering... I don't like renpy as much as jack does, but it gives you the UI implementation for free. I ncluding hotkeys, including going back to the text before (kilck twice accidently), including fast forward for parts you have already seen. Though if you wanted to use a tool where you need not program, and found one you like, I can see why you went that route...

Visual Novelty does have a scripting language, but I haven't had to use it yet.

Today was an okay day, but your comment just made it a great day! :yahoo:

I recently (early May) finished "The Adventures of Marigold the Elf". It is not a Vera Blanc story, but here is a link to more Information and a download link viewtopic.php?f=4&t=3351.

If you are specifically asking about a new Vera Blanc fan-made game, next month I'll start doing research to further develop a specific plot idea I've been contemplating. Once I decide on a potential plot, I'll send Jack a rough outline and ask for permission to use the characters.

Based on your previous posts, I assume you have played all of my other Vera Blanc fan-made games. In case you missed any of them, links are here in the Vera Blanc sub-forum. :)

Very respectfully,
fleet

I've decided to delay making another Vera Blanc fan made VN. I'm going to work on a different VN project instead. I might start the research for a new Vera Blanc fan made game later this year.

Just got Jack's approval to make a new one. It should be ready several months from now.

The adult version of this is playable at Newgrounds. Since it is the adult version I'm not posting the link. You need to be registered to search for it.
