Dear staff - I purchased Loren + Expansion on your website (Hong Kong time) so I can enjoy it during my off-work hours. But this verification thing is taking way too long. When can I get my game?

Can you please look into this?

You don't get this kind of response time from a AAA developer. 11 minutes to reply must be a record.
