About this game...

and here's Kira, the last of the girls. She's of course a Warrior as you can see from her fierce look (and armor!). Secondary characters will be done soon, then I need to think about the actual gameplay art but I have in mind something already (will use a topdown map, like a boardgame).

Personally I'm probably going to be tank but I got to thinking will the rogue and warrior always be dagger/shield+sword or will they have the ability to be say like a bow rogue or a 2 handed warrior?

No since this is not really a pure RPG, but more a hybrid game the classes/weapon types are fixed: mage=staff, thief=two swords,warrior=sword and shield. Also, you don't have to choose one, but in most missions you'll have to use all the three characters working together to finish it It will work more like a boardgame/RPG mix.

oh well, that's cool. I find games with characters that are allowed to change costumes to be super cool. It makes the game more exciting.

Regarding today's blog that had a picture of Arianna - It might just be me but she kind of looks like a guy in drag - not that there's anything wrong with that but to my way of thinking she seems a bit too masculine to be a queen - Oh maybe I'm missing something LOL

Haha why? remember in that image she is older, like 45-50 years old. Also she is "the Queen Of Thieves" but not a real queen! (is just a surname)

I'm 53 I understand "older". I think it's because her jaw is very square and the space between her eyes is quite wide. As people age their skin will sag and they will get heavier but their overall skeletal structure won't change. It doesn't really matter, I just think she looks masculine and I could be way off the mark.

Ah yes, checking her face shape indeed I understand what you mean now. Maybe I should change the title into "the Drag Queen Of Thieves"?
At least her daughters looks like lovely ladies

Hi , I just realized that my comments may have offended the artist - not intended - it just seems that a lot of characters pictures are very feminine, like Lauren the Amazon, and I thought this drawing was more masculine. I believe that a character in the Heileen series has the same look so it might be the artists style or a style that I am just not familiar with. As an apology, if you make the "Queen of Thieves" dateable, I'll chase her first.

I'll stop commenting so I don't dig the hole any deeper. Keep up the good work

Haha no, don't worry, I don't think the artist is reading the forums and anyway I'm sure he wouldn't be offended! To compensate, he drew a very feminine waitress:

the game is strictly GxB, so you cannot date any girl, though I might do like for Spirited Heart and add a "girl's love" expansion later...
