Customization is the enemy of 2d games!!! Jokes apart I understand what you mean, will try to add more customization in future games

As a guy, and a fan of dating sims & RPGs.. I gotta say I like the way you handled Loren. Having the choice for more or less clothing rocks. My votes DEFINITELY for less clothing and more seductive images. ^^ I admit that there are some advantages to having a variety of appearances as well. For example, it could fit better with a character that has a shy personality to dress more conservative... Buuuuuut, it could also be the opposite! That said, more mature conent FTW!

Well I agree, my only regret was not having a better cover, since even the covered version was still a bit too sexy for some people's tastes if was for my personal tastes, I would have no problem to even do hentai games, not really porn but "finely crafted erotic stories", but then it would be quite problematic to sell (also, I would need to start another site ). Anyway who knows, maybe one day the true Vera Blanc will show up somewhere like a webgame...

Jack, you just love to tease me; you know how I feel about Vera Blanc. By the way, I just checked rapidshare, and the total number of downloads for all of my seven fan-made Vera games is over 13,000. I hope many of the folks who played the free fan made games purchased your commercial releases.

Meh, friends have tried to show me hentai games before, but they just all seem so ugh, with no substance to the characters/plot or anything for that matter, other then a blatant wank-fest for horny boys/men, that I couldn't have any less interest in.

However because of the part in your reply that I made bold, and if it still had your recent stable of gender and sexuality equality, I could see myself looking at it in the future, if it still had the story and character development, but just happened to have tastefully done erotic content, that makes sense for the characters and the setting.

Yes, I played some hentai games too, but really the problem wasn't much the nudity/sexuality, but the totally stupid plots and lack of any character personalization/development. It was just a crazy display of sex and like you said wank-fest Still I was mostly joking, even if my games would be different from other hentai, there would be still lots of problem in selling them and getting coverage (and people would probably have prejudice and not even try them).
Since is already hard to get a bit of coverage as it is, I don't want to jinx my chances by risking so much You'll have to be satisfied with my current level of sexyness in games which anyway is still quite high compared to any other western manga indie dev!
