What would be nice is if they split up Greenlight from games that are done (or nearly done), and then have a separate section, essentially advertising, for things in Alpha mode.

This is good news, how are the other games doing at the moment?

The highest ranked is PS (no surprise, RPG have much more chances to get on Steam than VN/dating sims). The others apart Spirited Heart, are quite below, but as I said it mainly depends how many they approve. If they keep 100/month, before next Summer I could have 3-4 more :)

Eww, not into zombies... :P But I'm sure the zombie crazed will be on it like a hawk.

I hope Nicole and the rest makes it one day!

Good luck with Nicole.

And yes, there are too many - TOO MANY - fans of Zombies out there; the Zombie Nicole would surely find itself greenlighted. LOL!

Oh, and I will vote, though steam does not like me and requires some confirmation etc. before letting me vote.

Well, I will vote for Nicole as well. I admit, it is my favorite of your current crop of dating games, even without the Yuri. ;) (And yes, I'm aware it is still going to be a few months for the Yuri to be out)

Heh, I personally can't get into most of the zombie games...though I admit a fondness for Organ Trail (mostly as a parody of Oregon trail)

And with the rate of Greenlight passes, it may not be as impossible as one thinks to get on Steam. Another 40 games made it through...(and yes, I realize this means more competition)

Is true that is easier to get in, but a game still needs 8,000-9,000 yes votes just to get in the top100 and is not so easy. Speaking with other indies, uf you have already other games on Steam is a bonus too. My two other games likely to get in, PS1 and Spirited Heart, are still stuck at 67-71% so a long way to go.

Oh definitely. And dating simulations definitely draw a smaller crowd than other games, etc.

Simulation games might actually make it on Steam Greenlight, Long Live the Queen seems to be doing well atm.
