I have the scenes/mission dialogues coded up, and almost have the friendship dialogues coded, leaving the romance dialogues to be coded. Yes you're almost finished 
The main issue is the new card-based gameplay. Heh as always for a game the writing/art is done but not the coding, for another the coding is done but missing writing/art...

Another update...
GOOD
- Cursed Lands OST is done. It is really good, a variety of gothic/epic stuff. I might post more snippets in future.
- Amber's Magic Shop OST is basically done as well (just missing a few tracks but will be done soon). This one is awesome as well!
- more progress made on Loren 2 writing
- PSCD writing is basically done, it was already since months but when "formatting" it for Ren'Py, writer added a few extra description, especially during romance scenes. They were WORTH IT
I've also commissioned some more tracks for this game.
- all Undead Lily character art is done. There are the romance CG and the "spells cards" left
- Queen Of Thieves art: missing mainly the romance CG for this one too. Then if there's extra time left we might add some more stuff, but the main missing thing it's that one.
- C14 Dating, see above. The main missing thing are romance CGs
BAD
- Nicole yuri... I don't want to say that won't be out THIS YEAR yet, but for sure not for Halloween. It seems bad, but writers made really a lot of work in past months. The main problems are two: 1) the game is MUCH BIGGER and 2) changing the plot, the old CGs don't work anymore (the one related to the culprit, not the romance) and should be redone. Redoing them all would probably take 1-2 months, just that. So as you can see... for Halloween I don't think. For this year, who knows. Maybe if people are OK playing it in beta-preorder with some missing CGs, that could happen
- Cursed Lands - even in this case, the bad news is that the game surely won't be out this year, but it's again due to a much bigger increase in scope. So it's not really a bad news per se, just means the game will be bigger than planned

Another update today:
Queen Of Thieves - draft of all routes is finished! some more plot scenes and texts rewrites to do, but most it's done. Coding catacombs is almost done too, just doing some final enemies
Heirs & Graces - Vincent's route is almost done, Kamal is past half. Still several things to do, including the soundtrack
Summer In Trigue - commissioned a series of CGs. Sybil and Mia swimming underwater, Alex singing on a piano, etc. Nice stuff

Know we've gotten pretty good updates from Jack (which is awesome), but reading the graphic bars, it still looks to me like New_Nicole is closest or release, Queen of Thieves and C14 looking pretty good too

The bar are accurate enough, the problem is that sometimes to finish the last 1% takes 6 months...
I think, even if I hope I'm wrong, that I'll finish Queen Of Thieves before Nicole yuri. It would seems impossible, but...

I think you did mention that you are okay with starting pre-orders for Nicole Yuri, once the script is done while waiting for the event CGs.
