Hey, i have SoTW version 1.0.1 and i heard i might be able to beat a certain boss if i update my version to the lastest one. ver 1.0.5 (i think) but i want to know if i uninstall the game to update will i lose all my save files?

If yes, is there any way for me to back them up beforehand?

The boss was present even in your version, but anyway to update is enough to uninstall old version and install new one, savegames/settings will be preserved.
