Plot is finished, writer is adding the sprite expressions. Music is all done (and is very good IMHO) and the character artist is making some extra CGs, the infamous "beach sex scenes"

The background artist should begin in July, so much depends on that to determine when the games will be out. However once all the expressions are done I plan to test it with temporary backgrounds, so I gain time

Excellent. This, plus Spirited Heart and Loren 2, are my top 3 (currently) awaited games from you.

Jack said- "Hey, you can do the expression coding! It'll be eaaaaassssssyyyy. Afterwards, you can help me whitewash this fence. See how much fun I'm having with it?"
I'm a writer, I'm required to make that reference. It's in the handbook somewhere.
Anyway, what he forgot to tell me was that I would have to code all those emotions I was writing into the game.
So, the new plan is-> Everyone is always crying. Always. I should be done with the coding shortly that way.
I'm open to feedback, if you prefer everyone always be scared. Or maybe laughing. The point is, you get one emotion now.

ROFL, hey. It was written in the hiring email, at the bottom, in font size -2 and color #FFF. I don't know how you could have missed it!

Jokes apart, ahem, you don't need to have them change expression very often, I think depends on the scenes, some require less

Don't worry, I'm only kidding (and grousing a little, because it's fun). I want to put appropriate facial expressions where they should be. I want to bring as much life to these characters as I can

yesterday finished the main game menu, and started testing the game. The BG artist said should have all the images done by end of October, so depending how the other things go, this game might be closer to be finished than I thought...!
