Schedule Picking

So, I honestly have trouble aiming for the Spring Break scenes since I have trouble choosing the right schedule plan. Like, playing as Anne and aiming for Max was actually pretty easy since all I have to was focus on Max's stats just to receive the Spring Break scene and the good ending. I was just wondering, can someone please help me on how to get the character's stats. Like how did to set up the schedule in order to get that character. Cause, I have been having trouble on that.
