Ah no, sorry it's Manuel  got confused. None of the character above are romanceable though! Maybe if the main game does well might do some DLC/expansion since I figured that Manuel and Lynn could be "interesting subjects"

I know I'll be buying it as soon as possible, an Alchemist VN really interests me.

Plus a possible Manuel(yes please!) or Lynn romance path in the future sounds lovely.

I think Lynn would be an adorable romance. Market the gingerbread hair clip :D. It would be wrongety wrong, but I'd love to romance Vin! ...if the main character weren't an adopted daughter. A bit too incesty, even for me.

Hmm this is heading in the same direction of early Loren's thread... where's that image? "Date all sprites!"
This game is a bit different since each character has FOUR different (very different) possible endings, related to Light / Darkness alignment (which changes based on your actions in the game). So adding an extra dateable character means doing 4 new CGs!
I mean, nothing impossible but need first to see how the main game will do :)

Hopefully it'll be popular and sell well enough for you to do just that in the future!

The 'gotta catch them all' player in me perked right up at reading four different endings per datable character. I'm also on board for Manuel the adventurer and Lynn the adorable gingerbread clip user as extra datables, but definitely understand that being idle thoughts for post release. I know I'll be going through Bernard and Ruby first, then Daniel and probably finishing with Stan. Maybe in a rotation depending on whether or not it's easier to do a clear moral path and see the endings or do the same characters path four times. Seriously these kinds of decisions and planning gets me excited. I love really deep VN/Life sim hybrids that allow for a lot of replay solely on wanting to find all the hidden dialogs and branches.

I like the older versions of the characters (after seeing only the younger versions). I'm also intrigued by the fact that there's 2 time periods. Cool that Amber is a dark elf, too!

Yes I think the two periods/ages is a cool idea, since what you do during the young age will shape the adult stage. It's also different from Spirited Heart, definitely more "serious", there will be some tough choices and really tough endings involving adult themes like betrayal, greed, jealousy, etc. So definitely more mature target than my other dating/life sim :)
