In a hypothetical sequel...

I'm a romantic, so my personal preference is to check every damn romance even if it kills me. It's something I know I would want if I was a player. Not sure how this would work with the sequel or if it's possible, but that's my preference, especially since you're playing the same character as before. If it was a different PC, I would be less inclined.

^ This. Totally this. I'm such a romantic it's painful. Ali-bear (Alistair) from Dragon Ages and Garrus from Mass Effect are like my favorite romances ever!

For instance when meeting Rei fulling for the first time (just got there) he reminded me of Zevran with all the flirting and I was totally put off. Then when it mentioned brother/sister I was like, 'oho, nice!'.

About the romances, you can do it Mass Effect style, carry on with the previous romance (if the sequel takes place a few years after) or break up with them by committing infidelity on new ones lol (Yeah pretty much whatever Aleema said) But I see my Saren sticking with the old romances, cuz of *cough*monkdiesandenterhissleep*cough* and I thought that was really sweet...:D
Harem ending...that can definitely go a lot of ways lol

...And that is exactly what I mean, just do it in Mass Effect Style, I think not only would be consistent, but would make everything far more interesting. Anyone who had a romance in the first game would be faced with the choice of pursuing a new romance or keep the old one.
About the Harem endings, how about make them based on the "combinations"? As you said, Jack, a Chambara/Myrth one would be quite hard to have, but lets say, Amukiki/Mesphit? Both of them suffered from everyone prejudice and so, if during the game you could convice them that you could "share" your love with both... Imagine how fun it would be? XD Of course that's only a example, there could be other combinations, but the same concept could be applied to the sequel. :D

Well ok for continuing romances but I'm not promising any harem ending since it would need an extra CG ? or well if you're happy to just have the harem without a specific CG if Aleema agrees then could be done

I was joking about harem endings, lol. Maybe a few combinations could work, but across-the-board harem endings would be ridiculous and I don't want to leave people feeling left out so probably a "no" on harem endings.

Yeah true got a bit carried away lol, maybe could work for a more light comedy game, but I honestly couldn't imagine Loren's sequel with harem endings. At least not in the official game, there's always fan made stuff
