I can see why you might want to split it in two: new buyers probably won't want to pay $50 for an indie game from someone they've never heard of. I'm sure whatever you pick will be great.

Was gone a while... Looks at the character list... Who is this "Edge" you speak of? What have I missed?
...Well, a lot of this topic, but here's my opinion anyway!

Although no Amukiki makes me very sad, I like the idea of having a mix of old and new characters. But I think Jul shouldn't be romanceable in the first part. I guess I can't say that, actually, not knowing how it works, but it seems a little fast, doesn't it?

Valorous_Roland, via the process of elimination, I'd say that "Edge" is Odurat.

Regarding Jul, I'd say that it depends on your definition of "romanceable". For Jul to fall in love, I agree that it would be a little fast, but that's not the same thing as starting the romance process, or even bedding her. I expect Jul's heart to be much harder to attain than her body. I also expect her to flirt with the protagonist from day one, even if she's a prisoner. Given that she's a succubus, and that succubi are pros at using their sex appeal to manipulate and gain control of others, It would be very strange if she didn't.

Yes Edge is Odurat indeed that doc is a bit outdated, so take it with a grain of salt!
At this point, all considered, I think I'm really going with Anima's initial suggestion. So you'll get pin-ups CG of ALL the characters (except Elenor/Saren), and not just Mesphit/Chambara (and I think people could have complained if I just did that).
So the romances will span in the two parts, in the first you see the pin-up, in the second the romance scene. I think that's the best solution for everyone

I am still not sure what you mean with pin up?

But if that mean that every character's romance arc, spans both parts I do think that it is a good idea.

Pin up is an image (sexy ) of each character. So not Elenor/Saren kissing/making love with each character (that would take too much time and money to make) but a scene showing each character in an interesting situation. For example, Mesphit bathing in a lake naked, or Chambara wearing a see-through clothing (they'll be added/integrated into the story, not just be random things of course!).

Whew... I thought either Odurat got the ax and was replaced by a new character (Edge), or he got renamed. I'm happy it's neither. I could never stop calling him "Ratty".

I'm interested in all CGs, including pin-ups, but... Will they be the same, removed, or altered if you play with the "safe" version?

Probably altered, with the possibility to skip of course. Even if wouldn't make much sense for Mesphit to bath with clothes on
(just to be clear even in the "hot version" you'll only see his upper body naked, it's not like there's full nudity!)
