Looking back at my previous saves, if you don't put any points in Critical Hit, it says the Time is 40. However when you do add a single point, it changes the value to 35. In practice it's more like 35-30-25-20-20.

Granted I'm playing version 1.0.4, did you change anything combat-related in 1.0.5?

Edit: Going to download 1.0.6 see if it changes anything.

Ah I think I know what it is. In the level up, they show the next level. In the skills screen though it shows the CURRENT skill level.
So for example if you have 1 point in that skill, in the level up will show 35 because it's the second level (a preview of the next level skill values). This happens for all other skills though.

I'm looking at the skills screen (not level up) of an older save. It shows the time as 35. The written description shows current level. However, the target area, PP cost, and time cost seem to display the next level. In actual combat, the time cost is 40 as intended.

Ah OK, I'll take a look then! In any case it's just a text error, in the game I'm pretty sure it works with the right values :)
