I really like the music here.
The pictures are nice too. Lisa and Jushua look a bit more mature than in the first part - must have come with their promotion - which fits the theme quite well. Considering the background with scenes of destruction
Oh, and I want to see more about the colony sim. Much much more!

Yes true, in particular the codex and the colony sim. That's a good thing

Looks very cool!
I'm sure they're going to be corrected before release, but there are a couple of typos in the trailer, like on the Vause page it says "drug into a war" where it should say "dragged into" and the Apex says "most all other races" where it should either say "most" or "all". Just trying to help, and I'm sure you guys will get all them annoying typos before release.
Super cool to see the changes from PS1!

Yes I think those were the old texts written by the artist, so not proofread/checked yet

Got some final tiles from artist and tried to replace quickly the existing ones. It looks messy because I picked them randomly but seems cool already to me

We're also planning some exploration system, but don't want to say anything for now to avoid being too excited

Will the ground tiles (flat, stones and dunes) have influence on building there, like preventing building or increasing cost or whatever?

It's certainly possible, maybe preventing building completely not since the map won't scroll and is not really that big, but have higher costs to clear, yes that won't be a problem

So what if I showed you this image that Aleema just sent me:

and told you that we're thinking to make an isometric map for the missions?

OMG It's going to rule! etc etc.
