sometimes waiting a day does not heal the party, e.g. at day 34 when Shiler announces that the team needs to fight yet another round of empire troops before getting food and water.

is this intended? I think it's confusing and believe it would be more logical if sleeping heals the chars even when the new day starts with a special event.

So far hasn't been a problem, but I might change it if needed. I wanted to leave some surprises since otherwise the game might have been too easy. Anyway as said I could change it if more people complain or just point it out

not a problem per se, but it interrupts my flow: I only notice it in the pre-battle screen and have to reload to visit the hospital thingy. though this is caused by my negligence and not your game : )

Yes I agree that sounds better, even if I wrote that because people can't stand Oscar (the king) but not the Queen. Anyway yes, anti-king seems strange to read
