We have 4 stats aside from clues ,morale and energy ...I'm having a bit trouble realizing which are important where.

(worked most on my zeal really) ...does having higher / lower stats change conversations with Darren/Kurt/Jeff and Ted ?

Been playing for hoours, and not quite figured them out yet =/
