Games on CD... With decorated boxes and discs!

Post by daikiraikimi »

Hello,

Just something I've been thinking about since I started buying WW games several years ago. Is there a possibility of purchasing a WW games in hard copy, including art on the box and CD? I am a collector of various things, mostly manga and anime DVDs, but have also been collecting indie comics and games. I have purchased CDs from WW before, but the disc came in a plain white sleeve and just had the name of the purchased item on it. Still, I would be willing to buy my favorite games again for a boxed version!

Nothing too complicated, no new art, but something simple, like Hanako Games shows here: http://www.hanakogames.com/cds.shtml

Thank you in advanced for listening to my request and letting me know of the prospects!

There are some friends of mine selling my games on CD with full package, but at the conventions. Depending which games you want and where you live might be worth asking them?
In general I don't do that because is very time consuming, and shipping costs would be a lot since I am from Europe (and if I had to manually email all the CD...would be a pain ).

No problem, thanks for letting me know. I will keep an eye out for them-- do you know if they ever come to Sakura-con, by the way?

Heh, I've been thinking from time to time to move there (or in NZ) so who knows, maybe in 10 years you could get a precious signed limited edition directly from me!

I hope some of your friends are at AnimeExpo in CA this year. A couple of years ago my friend bought a copy of Always Remember Me from a booth in the Artist Alley. I watched her play it and then I bought a copy for myself online after the convention was over, and that's how I found out about you! :) It would be really awesome if maybe Roommates or Nicole were done by July and they were selling some copies at the convention. I would totally buy one or both of them :)

Yes if I remember correctly they go to that convention, though not sure those two games will be ready (it's during June right?). Worse case you can buy it online :)

Yeah, online isn't that bad either. Having a pretty case and CD is nice though too. The convention is July 4-7 this year. It's usually always early July over July 4th weekend.

Then by that date maybe Nicole, but not sure, since even if I finish the game they need some time to print the CDs, etc. So I doubt it, sorry
