Either the blue or white (1st or 3rd) one would be great choices I think.

I prefer the blue (#1), it looks less drab when attached to that skirt, and matches the accessories better. If you really want to go with the white top, I'd consider making that skirt a brighter, more vibrant shade of red. I'd also adjust the color of the collar and the vertical chest strap to better match the arm bands, which I think look nice with the white top.

Will the player characters have skimpier costumes as an option?

I like them, but they look a bit... overdressed...!

No all the clothes will be fixed, but I plan to have more sexy scenes in the story, beside the obvious romance CG

After all that happened with Loren, in this game I don't want to have "gratuitous nudity/sexyness". Even the demo will be quite tame, since it can be played by anyone in theory (I will put warnings for the content for minors as usual, but still). But for sure I plan to have "interesting stuff" happening in it, of course for all tastes like always

Am I the only one who doesn't like the white?

I think Chalassa's looks best in the blue or the sorta-blue dresses.

I'm with you on this one. When I first saw the white, it reminded me strongly of underwear combined with an old skirt.

Well, I also prefer the blue one, The white is so... I don't even know how to say it, but seems so bland, the blue one seems to give a nice touch to the outfit, even if the skirt seems almost transparent. I would recommend darkening the skirt a little.

Well I picked already the white but isn't a problem to replace the sprite with blue
