Can I just say I am a fan of Krimm's outfit
I'm guessing those are her non-combat clothes?

This is Merrow (a NPC). You'll meet him in Act 3 though, but I got it colored today so wanted to show him

A very cheery guy, this Merrow. I can totally see him having a good laugh while his victims walk a plank...
However, the ship in the background... maybe I am taking all this too seriously ... but this is a prime example of mixing various periods: The steering wheel in the bow, inside a glassed room is something which came up somewhere during the industrial revolution. The rest of the ship, and especially the weapons, are in the typical "medivial+magic" fantasy setting, clashing quite heavily.

Ah I didn't know about that. However, since is fantasy I think is fine. In Steampunk fantasy we have steam machines that never existed in our world for example (or variations of those).
Anyway, here's another image from one of the other sidequests:

they all look nice with the same uniform!

Re: Art thread
So will even the druid be holding a sword for this part of the story? Also after seeing all theses different outfits I have to ask will we be able to choose the outfit we like best after completing the game once and wear it during at least the side quests.

Those outfits are only a cover for a specific quest

Re: Art thread
Decided was better to give players some idea of where the party is actually standing in the dungeons
