Yes, exactly that.
If at first try it doesn't explode, it ain't Jack who wrote the code.

Vaelis: "You two? But you're not rangers like Morran!"jack1974 wrote:I searched everywhere in the script but can't find the sentence where it says "you're not a ranger like your father"?if you can tell me where it is would appreciate it!
And yes, will fix the graveyard bug too
Better: "You two? But you're not experienced forest wardens like Morran!"
(implying that "forest warden" is like the Ranger prestige class)

When playing Althea and not telling Shea about the wolf, after Shea is taken prisoner, in Althea's conversation with Morran:
Morran: "It's simple: had he told me about HER pet wolf..."
Should be "his pet wolf".
Also, Vaelis' Leap Attack does ridiculously low damage - around 5-7 points, max. Is that intentional? (I tried using it both in the fight against Mormont, and against the goblins, with the same results.)

Will fix the typo!
As for the damage, you're playing the last version? I had changed it raising the value, but maybe I need to change it again

0.8.6c is the latest one, right? I'm playing that one.jack1974 wrote:Will fix the typo!

It's quite easy to test: Put a Ranger in front of Mormont and use Strikethrough. That should Stagger Mormont. Now leap at him with Vaelis, and don't do damage -_-

Yes that's the latest. Will try then! The problem is the damage penalty that is applied because you hit a character in back row, so need to mess a bit with parameters

I noticed this too, though I initially thought this was a general change - the 40 dmg mentioned was caused by a Druid's spell, other damage types raise the stagger value much more.yayswords wrote:I'm not sure about that. Magic damage seems really bad at causing stagger too.

Ah yes, Magic attacks staggers less than other attacks types. I can change this, but since mages are quite powerful already I thought to add this change to balance it a bit.
BTW started working on Act 2 battles today

(those are mercenaries, that's why you see an enemy party made of human/elves).
