Well those are "old versions" but based on my research I think it really never worked to regen SP

Version 0.8.18 fixes several small things and does a little tweaks on difficulty/balancing. It's all fine-tuning though

I gotta say it's such a nice touch with Vaelis grabbing himself a glass of (presumably) fine drink in the bathhouse. The guy is a warrior, he knows how abruptly life can end. Better enjoy it while he can.
Also so much for this party being my superparty. I should have had the sense to keep my end of act 1 save

If at first try it doesn't explode, it ain't Jack who wrote the code.

I like Chalassa soul swap disease - but it would have been nice if I had more warning before using her in a battle than only the small soundbite "I don't feel good" (or some such)

Maybe you shouldn't be able to use her at all? She's not supposed to be in any condition to fight; Jariel had to practically carry her through that portal.

^Removing Chalassa altogether from the final fight would indeed make sense and definitely add a bit more challenge to the last fight. For NM-mode any added challenge in that particular fight would be a good thing.
Nice tweaks in the new version. Who knew a human and an elf could have so much in common?

Or make Yeldin try to finish whatever nasty magic he started, forcing us to protect a crippled Chalassa from him.Taleweaver wrote:Maybe you shouldn't be able to use her at all? She's not supposed to be in any condition to fight; Jariel had to practically carry her through that portal.

Ah that's a mistake in the prediction coderenke_ wrote:Rowinda's Life Channel shows as preview for all chars 1 - do you really believe we're able to calculate the HP amount ourselfs?!? :D
Yes are both good suggestions. I thought was nice to still allow the player to use Chalassa if they really want. Besides, every seasoned roleplayer knows that when you see a big rotating text "BOSS FIGHT" you immediately need to hit the save button!yayswords wrote:Or make Yeldin try to finish whatever nasty magic he started, forcing us to protect a crippled Chalassa from him.Taleweaver wrote:Maybe you shouldn't be able to use her at all? Regarding the different character levels at end of this act, I forgot that I can do a very simple thing: at beginning of ACT3, since some time has passed, I can just use a function to level all characters to the same level, say 15 or something. Unless players prefer not for whatever reason
