So, the Ranger has a Wide Slash ability that hits for 75% damage, 15 SP, 10 delay (if I recall).
Krimm has a lovely Spinning Strike ability that hits for 125% damage, 25 SP. On top of that, she has Whirling Strike which does an impressive amount of cleave damage and bleeds everybody, for 40 SP.
I'm not using the Ranger's cleave because 75% of my damage isn't meaningful enough, especially not on Nightmare. Not sure if anybody else is using this, but personally I'd like a damage buff (and SP increase), though that would make it awfully similar to Krimm's. By the point in the game where you can reliably cleave the front row, 15 SP doesn't matter as much anymore, it's all about delay and damage, at least for the Ranger.

Re: Feedback on Those Sweet (and Bitter)Skills --Act 2
I don't want to drastically do skills changes now - I did the one suggested by yaysword about the Invincible because I had only to reuse a skill from Loren (Amukiki Shield wall).
I can tweak the skills though. What if this one was a big cost, like 50SP but did 150% damage+maybe a debuff keeping same fast delay? attacking 3 enemies for 150% should be good enough to justifty it ?

Krimm's Whirling Strike does 100/200/100 if you attack the middle, plus 3 turns of Bleed for 40 SP, but 15 delay.
So a Ranger doing Wide Slash for 150/150/150 + debuff, 50 SP, but 10 delay? Maybe. 15-25 SP doesn't matter as much, 50 is a lot (at level 10 I have 140 SP). But, certainly better than the 75% state it's in now.

I use any row attack I can get my hands on, regardless. Dual wielding row attacks with fairly short delays are in high demand in my party. In fact, my ranger has only 2 skills at the end of Act III: Wide Slash and Strike Through.

Yes but you play only in Easy right? that's quite different from playing in NM

I know, I don't think I have patience, or the time, for NM, but maybe I'll try. I've done some of the boss fights on NM, but I've leveled on Easy. My last game though, the one where I kept my levels low and didn't buy new gear, I could still beat fights in NM in Act III using my "kill them before they blink" build.

No worries I didn't mean that you MUST/SHOULD play in NM, was just to know
I only wanted to be sure and to let the others know, otherwise they could start thinking "wow how he did it!?!"

Re: Feedback on Those Sweet (and Bitter)Skills --Act 2
The interesting question is, has anybody played the game on Hard? I mean Normal is default, Nightmare for the challenge, Easy to breeze through it... is Hard appealing to anybody? Maybe just to get all those rather boring boss fight/flashback achievements with less hassle than NM?

I played Act 1 hard back on 0.7.9 or something, but not recently. For all we know, it could be horribly broken by now.

Nah act1 was tested until death. Besides all changes I've done recently don't really apply to it, since I tweaked the enemies mostly
