OK, these probably need better names, but:

Absolutist
Never drink or eat at a tavern
Half-seas Over
Drink (or eat) at least 5 times in all taverns at all locations.


EDIT:
Amphibian (Rehydrate Through Skin)
Never buy a potion.

BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle)
Buy at least 50 potions.

Act one: Don't tell your twin about the wolf - I believe this causes the Dingirrans to take the twin prisoner? Only done it once and can't remember ^^
Act two: Refuse to execute the Blades of the Moon.
