No Mercy (used by the Lugals) should only performed when the target is below 50 % HP - the skill is too expensive when not tapping the full potential

The Galanna mercs (I think) are really aggressive healers - it would feel more natural if they would not heal before they lost, say, 50 HP (or are below 50 % max HP). I had some battles where the mercs did nothing except healing because my party was too fast but did not enough damage to kill the enemies in one cycle...

Yes that was reported already, is a bug that makes them heal too early. On next update will work as intended (healing only when they're around 50% of health).

...could also be placed in skills or the normal beta thread...

a Gamesh merc just attacked me in the backrow with Fatal Blow:
1. is this even an attack valid for chars in the second line?
2. I had > 90% HP, I thought this attack is only possible for HP < 25 %?

no log, sorry...

The skill can be used against targets with more than 20% health, it just won't instant kill them. And it has Range All, so it can hit the back row.

Yes this was changed in the last few updates, maybe that's why you got confused :)

but the description still reads "traget must be at or below 25% total health" - I believe this should be something like "automatically kills targets (if not boss) when health is <= 25 %"

Hmm actually I think the idea was to keep the limitation, so wouldn't work if target doesn't meet the threshold, but on bosses would inflict damage but not insta-kill them. Though I'm not sure if the limitation would work in the AI... worse case will add another check (now that I have "intelligent AI" I can check target HP and use it only if is below the threshold!).
