The edge depends on the tileset, and the problem is with the border, there's always going to be an abrupt ending like that unless I had done a bigger map that fills the whole screen

The arrow is indeed beyond the volcano but because of the height of that tile it seems is inside
The bug on the shop, not sure if is a bug, because it is supposed to show which items in shop can be used by which party member. I don't think I can change that, since people should probably equip items outside it: indeed there isn't even the equip button while in shops but only the buy/sell one.

Not true. If I select a character's equipment slot and click on something in my inventory, I can see an equip button and change gear in the shop. Double-click to equip works too (though I keep doing this by accident).
Actually, this is where I equip items 95% of the time. It's such a pain to leave the shop, adjust party gear, go back to the shop to buy one piece, leave, adjust party gear, etc. The game seems to know what item I have selected, should it not also determine who can equip it, regardless of if it's in the shop inventory or mine?

Not sure what you can do about this, but the transition to one of the Chalassa romance scenes is a little odd...when it happens on the ship after raiding the Empire's camp (Morrow's first-tier quest). Though I'll admit the night ship background is really nice.

Yes but doesn't work like that since an item selected in Vendor inventory object container is different from party container. On vendor is very simple:
but on party... uhm tried several things but every time it crashes. For this feature I need Anima's divine intervention!
About Chalassa's romance is strange I thought it wasn't supposed to happen yet. I mean each dialogue is a step, and at that point of the story you shouldn't have reached that "step"

I've been talking to her every chance I get. I think I started the act at 2.5 hearts (hard to check).

I see, then might happen indeed. Perhaps I could remove the first talk chance after merrow's men, or fix the dialogue somehow but is not easy

I'd rather have the awkward dialogue than lose a chance to talk with her, tbh. Unless you want to add a hack that skips the first six lines or so only if that talk happens on the ship.

Yes indeed. For now I'll keep as it is

Something bugged with achievements? I don't seem to have the Kraken, Riley's quest (oh god, don't make me do that again!), or Krimm's quest on Nightmare.

They should work, but if anytime you switched to Easy/Normal difficulty, you don't get the achievement. You need to play through the whole game in Hard/Nightmare only. You should have got a warning though if you tried to change the difficulty from options screen.
