At first, I thought it was a compatibility issue since was playing an older version of the game before I got the DLC. However, after deleting the old files and starting over, it happened again.
Anyways, I finished the base game + DLC, but didn't see the option to start from Bad Blood.

You still need to load the normal save before end of game, and then you'll see the menu choices

Oh no.. I deleted my saves. Oh well, I wanted to try another playthrough anyways, this time with a hunter and druid.
