Bad Blood DLC Won't Activate

Bought the package deal, got e-mails giving the activation instructions for the main game and another for the DLC. The DLC will not activate no matter if i use e-mail or Alphanumeric code. DO i need to download something i'm not aware of? I played through the whole game so everything works fine with the base.
