Maybe you can do the character transparent, with the backgorund on its back it will seem like the character is invisible.

Yes I thought about this, need to see if they're still "visible enough" to notice what enemy is (in smaller display the names aren't shown). But could work.

the upgrading system. Though we're really thinking about changing the "normal" color to be bronze, so it's more different vs silver :) it's also possible to add a new "trait" on level ups, but I am not sure will use it, since would be too powerful and probably unbalance the game...

Maybe an expansion idea: as an alternative to gaining stats they could gain a trait?

Ah no that is fixed. In practice have 3 upgrade levels (as pictured above). On each level up I can define what happens. Usually increase attack or HP. I can also add trait, but traits are really powerful. Like if I add a double_attack or force_shield to a unit... would change its usage in battle a lot :)
For the DLC, I'm thinking to do a mini-adventure (sort of mini-campaign) with some extra cards. The other characters, which aren't playable in the main game, could become cards (Kaden, Lucius, etc). I think would be already fun and not much work (I already have the normal character art, from which I can make the cards). I don't want to make the DLC as big as a separate game considering it has already same romances amount!! :lol:

added invisibility effect too, a sort of floating mist over the card image (yes quite similar to Hearthstone, but works well!).
I tried with semi-transparent but looked bad. Now need to do a couple more things like highlighting better the cards who have moved/who can still move :)

This is why when the discussion rose up about children and same-sex couples, I said there was no issue. Heh, if one took Planet Stronghold as an example, if Prince Cliff and Joshua stayed together, they would have to continue the royal line somehow ;)

All my hopes is in the Saren x Loren epilogue not being retconned. If it is, I know there will never be a BxG Milf in any WW games :lol:.
