All of the side missions named "Alien Invasion", the enemy leader has HP (19 I think), but I can't attack them, only their units.

I don't think it matters that much, unless you don't want people to be able to upgrade everything they use. I think most people won't use every unit anyway, so there'll be enough stars to upgrade those units they do use regularly. Regarding the stars, maybe I should reduce those you get from the main plot? or from the missions?
