Yes they're in the game, but now that I look I think probably I forgot to add the checks! They should display after the knighting scene. Will take a better look, and if you have any saves feel free to send them

This can only happen if you continued a save from an OLD version. Since 0.8-something should work.

As I replay the missions for balance, I am also working on rewriting all card texts to a more unified format, hope it will be useful. But for now, off to work my day job!
Example:
Customize: Target allied unit with the “Robotic” trait is healed by 3 Hit Points and gains +1 Attack permanently.

Yes that will be useful. The only thing to remember is that description must fit the space

That's strange, they should show it only in developer mode

Anyway, I just used them to test, so I can safely remove them on next update

Are you using a Mac by chance? If so I think why it happened.

Using an MSI computer with Windows 10
Either way going to try a fresh playthrough with a new character, and latest version of the game
Most the things I noticed on the 0.8.8 build was typos and strange sentence structures, I've mentioned most of them in the typo-thread

Yes are those menus! I removed them anyway, so on next update they won't show

No those menu were generic ones to do quick tests
