Since now I'll be coding this game (well, while others code other games... haha madness  ) I'll be spamming the forums with teasing images.

Mary-Ann + Kira path is the first. I decided to do with a "RPG-Style" choices *, a bit like Baldur's Gate or the more recent Pillars Of Eternity. In the robbery/catacombs instead there's the usual buttons.

* OK I confess: the reality is that the artist has drawn the sprites without the lower body part (except for the three sisters). This is normal, is called "waist-up" sprite (even PSCD sprites are like that). The problem is that either because of his style, perspective or whatever, the result wasn't good. I had two choices:
1) ask him to add the "lower part" to all the love interest AND all the various NPCs, and recheck all the sprites alignment, recode all the coordinates, etc delaying the game for another good 2-3 months
2) say "oh, F***K IT!" (tm) and just cover it with the dialogue window (you won't be able to hide the dialogue window in this game).

I went with 1 of course, also because it's really not noticeable. And you basically see almost the full sprite anyway (if you could hide the window you would just see the sprites cut, nothing sexy about it ).

lol, this scene was fun. In practice there are 4 choices which are similar to the Loren's one (Friendly, Forceful, Joking, Sexy) but each character will react differently, so you need still to pick "the right one" :)

haha I love Thalia's scenes. They are without doubt the most sexy and funny of the whole game

Thanks, I think checking all the scenes (there are a lot!) and merging the dating sim with the main gameplay, doing some basic testing, etc will keep me busy for whole March. Then depends on writer/artist speed to get the last main story scenes/CGs :)
We decided to add a few more CG and some flashback scenes featuring Arianna which should be cool to play.

I approve of your taste, but I disapprove of you thinking you have spare time. WORK.

The conversation options should be aligned left though.
If at first try it doesn't explode, it ain't Jack who wrote the code.

Yes I thought about left-aligning them, but I'm not sure would look better... :)

I'm used to BG/PoE so not only do I want it left aligned but I also want a number before each reply. Even if we can't use them lol.

I think it looks a bit out of place to have them centered when normal dialogue isn't, however that might be a good thing since it helps the player differentiate. Of course colors could accomplish that as well though.

In fact, let's fire up at 15 page discussion thread about the text alignment.
