Re: The nitpicking thread
What if the staff notices you using the backdoor and locks it behind you, expecting the lizardmen to kill you?
If at first try it doesn't explode, it ain't Jack who wrote the code.

If the staff does that, wouldn't the guy/wizard near the fire demon then be wise enough not to fall for Riley's lie of them being lost?

Yes indeed, is better if is just an accident, Riley doesn't go there since was young, so maybe a few things have changed, like they installed a gate that auto-closes after they step in

Re: The nitpicking thread
So, we are going for option #1 where they are locked in before the player makes the choice between fighting / going over vents and before they even know that there will be lizardz.
I just edited my previous crude suggestion according to Taleweaver's rationale for the door and changed a couple of lines along yaysword's words.
Thus, the main idea is that there's a very heavy door that can be opened only from one side (it was added in later, so Riley didn't know about it and it caused him no trouble when he was a kid) around the place where the tunnels shrink in size. So, it's located somewhat into the sewers and if they'd start pounding the door, they couldn't be heard from the streets.
Let's still play into the Krimm/Riley mechanics (Capt. Obvious here… or is this Capt. Daronas?) New/changed stuff in italics.
I guess there still needs to be some comments on the vents and avoiding lizards as yayswords pointed out ... and maybe a jab about the door locking events later, once they get to the grate before the fire demon, I haven't thought it out that far yet.

Practise spelled like that is a verb if anything. Even then the spelling is so rarely used that Firefox thinks I made a typo :D use practice.
You revisited the tavern until your desired event took place. Do you see the charm of restock roulette now? The corruption begins.gamebreaker wrote:finally I got the second tavern brawl and can nitpick to

Hehe, you're right. My bad. Took me N years to learn how to tell the verb "practise" and the noun "practice" apart in British English and now I've gone and mixed them up all again.yayswords wrote:Practise spelled like that is a verb if anything. Rollback disabled? I thought there would be a high.roller achievement coming up for those who reload the shops 31582552093 times or more. I was all ready and prepared to give into the corruption myself once that was out.
