Very soon I should start planning Planet Stronghold 2 rulesets. I want to have something like Fallout
I am unsure which words to use though. There will be the skills of the first game, but as you level up, every X levels (to be decided yet) you'll be able to choose some Class exclusive "Perks". An example:
Suppression: prevents the enemy from firing in his turns. If he does, the attacker can hit him first.
Requirements: Heavy Weapon 5 and Accuracy 5
now it seems a bit weird to me to call Suppression a perk ? and the requirement the skills? or it's OK? I can't call those "attributes" like Loren, because the ability to hit (Accuracy) or the Medicine value are definitely not attributes, so I wanted to call them skills. But then, I don't know how to call the example above (the Suppression). Any suggestions welcome!
attributes/skills/perks... what words should I use? :D

I would call Supression an ability and Requirements skills.

You could call them Bonus Skills, or Extra Skills, or Achievements.

Another user on twitter suggested "abilities" too. I think that is a good term indeed, for now I'm thinking to use that thanks
