That is actually the only boring one
. The script was made for different system, sort of guard & thieves, but since I don't have real-time movement on map I had to adapt it this way. The others have dungeon exploration and are much longer.
are the family quests all like the drug delivery? this one was very boring & repetitive, deliver package, fight mercs, deliver package, fight mercs, package stole, fight thief, deliver package, fight mercs, ...
the former behaviour you described is even worse, but the current variant needs some explanation in-game - not everyone reads the forum
but another thing: I think the writer missed a nice place for making fun in Riley's flashback. I totally expected the coal transformed in diamonds - but no, the boring old gold thingy... Why did you have to exhume the well-known Philosopher's Stone and didn't include something new like the Thinker's Compactor, able to convert coal in diamonds?
Put the build up with several changes. Was unable to
do the Rowinda in Chalassa's body for now. The problem is that during party drag/drop the rowinda face would appearI will think if I can find a way around this, like copying Rowinda's skilltree temporarily on Chalassa, or something else. It's just ONE SINGLE BATTLE anyway, so I don't think is a big deal
Chalassa's bleeding effect doesn't work on Boss anymore, since was too powerful otherwise!
Why do the drag/drop part at all? Just put Rowinda into the party, the way Chalassa joined the party when the Four Elements betrayed her. No need for the player to give her a position.
Meh. I guess I could have come up with something original here, but I had put so many original ideas into Dingirra already... gimme a break! ^_^
0.8.15 seems to start me off in what I believe to be the second act (or at least I start off in an arena, whereas I was under the impression that the first act starts off in a snowy village). Is there a way to start off in the first act, to get a chance to get the various skills and experience I'd normally have at that point? (Or does the story really start off in the arena?)
