They have already a self heal "Necrotic Healing" that removes all bleeding but a Eat Brain could be fun indeed! will use that in the Zombie Lord boss

Merrow should definitely listen more to Rowinda. She gave some really good advise on eating candy and what it can do to teeth (and appetite) in act 2. Maybe his mandibles would be in better condition... More brushing, less Rowinda's candy, man!
