In the graveyard in the differeneces mini-game I cannot spot more than 4 differences out of 6. When I fail there is no way to see which are the two I miss. But the game will not allow me to go elsewhere than the cimetery! I'm stuck!

At beginning of game you can choose if to skip minigames completely - but if you still want to play with them here's a cheat  Press the middle mouse button or press H to hide/unhide the differences. If you look carefully you should be able to spot them more easily :)

The H/roll button works but these is no VISIBLE mark o blink of the last 2 differences. I found: 2 in the sky, 1 left side of cross head, 1 1 upper bottom side of cross leg BUT none in the left part, none in the crow

Hmm don't have time to play the game right now (don't remember by memory where they were) but the coordinates are those (x,y):

pos=[ [550,240], [650,192], [730,370], [480,485], [480,45], [780,185],]

Another way to find the differences is to take a screen shot, then print it out. Cut it in half, then place one side over the other and hold it up to a bright light.

Wow. Is it really that hard compared to the difference game of Vera Blanc: Full Moon?

Anyway, nice to see the second game has an option to disable minigames. That was part of the things that annoyed me in the first one. :)

Yes I decided based on users feedback that is better to focus on the story and make minigames optional! :)

I didn't think the difference mini-games in "Ghost in the Castle" were any harder than those in "Full Moon."

Very respectfully,

fleet (waiting patiently for Jack's next Vera Blanc game)

Is there a way to see the x,y coordinates in the game? I'm stuck on this part of the game too. However, it seems like the last two differences are impossible to find.
jack1974
If you click the middle mouse it should toggle them on/off, so should be easier to notice? try that :)
Jaeger
I pressed H repeatedly, it only helps in highlighting the 4 I already found.

I'm beginning to suspect that either there was only meant to be 4 differences or that last 2 are hidden in a way that is impossible to find.

Either way, I'm stuck and cannot progress any further.

I thought I fixed this some months ago but will take a look! Maybe if you can send me the savegame just before that puzzle starts would be good :)
Jaeger
I sent the save file via email. I bought the game in late August of last year, if it makes a difference.
jack1974
Got it, will check it now :)
jack1974
Fixed, the problem indeed was that some differences went into completely dark/black areas so was impossible to spot them!

I wonder how other people managed to solve it. Unless is a bug I added in an update. Anyway, I've uploaded the new version on my site (same download link, I don't bother to use version numbers for this game).
Jaeger
Either people did some serious pixel hunting or they just skipped the mini-games completely. LOL

Anyways, the problem has been solved. Thank you.
Jaeger
Since this a similar subject and I don't want to start a new thread, I found a similar problem in another "spot the difference mini-game".

This time it's the Ragni murder scene. Depending on the shape, numbers 2,3, and 7 are almost impossible to find since they hide under the the black masses. 1 is borderline (it depends on the shape of the random object)

jack1974
Ahah damn. Well it shows is my less successful game, since nobody even bothered to tell me the bugs before :)

How strange;. I don't remember having that problem when I played "Ghost in the Castle".
