I can't get it to work. Or maybe I am thinking of it the wrong way. Is Auto Forward time the amount of seconds that passes after the text is done rolling for it to auto forward to the next text? If so, it doesn't work for me. I know in Katawa No Shoujo, I had to press A to activate Auto forwarding to get it to work.

What does the "tab" key do for you? Otherwise you might try the "ctrl" key.



(With tab the game should run fast until you hit tab again, or until certain points like decisions. With ctrl it should go fast as long as pressed.)

No he is talking about auto-forward, not skipping. Skipping is with Tab or pressing CTRL.

Auto-forward should automatically advance to next sentence after a while.

I did use custom coding on the screen, but I don't think is that, however I tested 3-4 games (including very old ones) and at least for me, it NEVER works. I suspect is a Ren'Py bug, so will ask the coder
